Copland-CTA 305 Preamp repair?

Hello all, I have an opportunity to but a Copland CTA-305 preamp at a very nice price. It sounds wonderful and operates flawlessly. My concerns are for the future. I am afraid of having a problem at some time in the future and not being able to get it worked on. (it is now out of warranty).I really don't want to have to send it back to Denmark for repair. That could take a while.
Has anyone had any experience with this problem? Is there a repair service in the Conn-US ? Thanks so much for your time.
