Convert Martin Logan 11A Impressions from RCA to XLR (Unbalanced to Balanced)

I currently own a pair of Martin Logan 11A Impressions. My question is can I convert my RCA jacks on the back of the speaker to XLR (balanced) jacks. I've read a direct injection box can make this happen.  I've been told that the change will yield better sound with less noise.

Egg nog induced upgraditis…the most dangerous kind!

I get it those binding posts have holes and may resemble RCA jacks if you forgot to put your glasses on. Those holes are for bananas. Not real bananas but banana type connectors.
