Considering a Spread Spectrum Ambrosia pre amp

I would like some thoughts on the overall piece & the mc phono section from anyone who has owned or is familiar.

Warm "tube like" smoothness in SS. I own the Son of Ampzilla 2000, and owned the GAS Thoebe preamp and GAS Son of Ampzilla for 20 years. All were very good for the money, and reliable.
