Looking at a photo of an Elise Dac the middle input looks like it's BNC you can get BNC adapters for RCA cables if that is what you are using.
Connecting to my Gill Elise DAC
This feels like an amateur hour question, but I am unsure what cable end I use to connect to my middle input on the back of my DAC. I am using the far right already from my WiiM. I don't use balanced inputs typically, but there is an option to do so here. What is the middle connector type?
