can i still use a sub with only hi level inputs

Yes, assuming it is a powered sub (that has its own internal amplifier), and that it provides separate high level inputs for the two channels. Connect both the main speakers and the sub's inputs to the integrated amp's output terminals. You can use very narrow gauge wire for the connections between the amp and the sub, because the inputs of the sub's internal amplifier will draw negligible amounts of current.

Sounds like I would be "doubling" up wires on the amp end...which doesnt sound ideal...at any rate...what would be the crossover setting...I assume the low pass setting...correct?

I would expect it to be possible, at least in most cases, to double up the connections without significantly compromising the integrity of the connections between the main speaker cables and the amp terminals. The contact between the sub wires and the amp terminals and/or main speaker cables doesn't have to conduct significant current, so it is much less critical.

Also, if the amp can accept both spades and banana plugs you could use them both, one for each destination.

Yes, you would use the low pass setting on the sub, to filter out frequencies above those you want the sub to reproduce.
