According to Theta's website you have 6 RCA coax inputs, 3 toslink, one balanced AES/EBU, 1 coax BNC. Presumably your Oppo will have an RCA coax output, your cable box and TV may have that as well or they may have optical toslink outputs. It does kind of beg the question though didn't you consider how to connect this device to your system before buying it?
Conjunction Junction – how will this function???
Greeting and Salutations! I recently acquired a Theta Digital Casablanca II with 2 Xtreme DACs from fellow Audiogoner maceo23 (Extremely Nice and Professional – 100% recommended). Since I don’t have a spare $10,000 or so to upgrade the machine, I am left puzzled. My Oppo, cable box and plasma monitor are all connected via HDMI connections. Since the Theta does not provide for such a connection, what would be the best way to incorporate the new machine into my rig? Thanks in advance for any suggestion and advice!!
