Clearaudio Solution upgrades - where to purchase?

I recently picked up a used Clearaudio Solution turntable and I'm having a difficult time finding a dealer who sells the Clearaudio VTA lifter 2 and AMG upgrade kit.

Can someone recommend an online dealer who carries these upgrades?
