Isn’t your question best answered by the Clearaudio distributor or the manufacturer themselves? Since you are in communication with someone who is supplying another missing part, perhaps that same source can advise you on this issue.
Clearaudio Double Matrix Professional owners - technical question
I've purchased a Double Matrix (manuf. 2011) but there were a couple of minor parts missing which I've ordered together with a new fluid pump (the reason for the sale). However I think there's still one part missing and wanted to confirm something:
Are there 2 springs on the vacuum arm wand assy - one on the bottom and another one in between the lower & upper halves?
Reason for asking is mine only came with the bottom one and nothing in between the upper & bottom halves and someone I was chatting with on FB only has the bottom one and an o-ring in between the top & bottom halves. However, he purchased his second hand as well and it may have arrived that way and perhaps wasn't aware.
