Classe CT-SSP won’t shut down

I’ve been dealing with an annoying system gremlin for some time now. Just about every time I shut down my home theater system, the Classe processor immediately reboots. This happens whether I shut down by remote or via the on/off button on the Classe processor itself. Essentially, unless I turn the processor off via the rocker switch on the back of the unit, the processor and Classe Ct-5300 amps will stay on.

I’ve tried 1) changing the remote from Savant to Control4 and 2) sending the CT-SSP to a factory repair shop (they found nothing after two weeks of bench testing).

My installer can’t locate the issue and now says this is a gremlin I might have to live with, which feels pretty unacceptable after spending so much on a home theater system.

Any ideas?

will it stay on even if you unplug it??

man that would be definitely some afterlife roaming around unseen outside of your 3d-limited vision.

do you also have flickering light bulbs even if you didn't turn on any light or coin dropping on the floor out of nowhere?

you can capture these moments with your camera including what you can't see.
