His father had a saying that he always put on the chalkboard at the beginning of each semester- ’If there is a way to assemble it wrong, someone will find a way to do it." This became known on the base as Murphy’s Law, since it was named after the good professor.
So the Son of Murphy worked for me for while and oddly, after he left, bad things happened a bit less often.
