Charlotte, NC

Would like to join one but I'm near albemarle and not close

I'm in Fort Mill, SC and would really like to see something get started. I've driven as far a Raleigh to visit in on the club up there. There's just something about Charlotte...don't know what it is. There are members who post regularly on various forums in the metro area but we just can't seem to get anything going.

I want to host a G2G at my place sometime. Maybe that will be the kickstart we need.

I moved to Charlotte a little over one year ago from NJ. There, we had an audio club about 60 people strong. I miss that. I am very interested in being part of an audio club here in Charlotte. In about 2 months my new audio room will be substantially complete. I will be happy to host a meeting or just a gathering every couple of months or more. Is there a list of people from previous club efforts? Can we start a list for starters?

Given how many transplants from around the US there are in Charlotte now I expect this would be a pretty cool group

You did nothing wrong......nice to see that Tammy from AGON support is going to show you how to create a wanted ad.  I don't know anyone who has McIntosh gear so if you don't see it listed on AGON or any of the other used audio sites the wanted Ad would be your best bet.
