Cerious Technologies NEW Graphene Cables

Now, this is not a advertisement, just a posting sharing my experience on some well made great sounding cables at a very reasonable price. Besides, I don't think Cerious Technologies is set up for a big influx of cable orders.

But, if you get the chance to try these cables, please do.

I have been interested in the newer cables coming out that are using Graphene as a conductor. SR cables seemed interesting, but I always hated the way there cables had all those extra wires (with the active shields and such). I then noticed an ad early in I think November or December from Cerious Technologies for Graphene cables. I investigated how the cables were assembled and it seemed like quite a laborious process.

I ordered (with a 30 day money back guarantee) the balanced Graphene interconnects, and boy did they impress me. Such depth, soundstage, realism, frequency smoothness, effortless sound. I was truly impressed!  I now have a complete loom of the Cerious Technologies Graphene cables. That is; interconnects, speaker cables, digital cables and power cords.

I ended up selling all of my other cables and to those of you who have read my postings know that cables have always been my curiosity.

So, as I began this post, let me again iterate, I have no alliance to the company, my posting is for those of you looking for an great alternate high quality Graphene made cable without spending a fortune.

I am excited to read about this thread and ordered speaker cables and red GE power cord for my preamp. Currently I am using TWL PC for my Amps and they sound fantastic. Did anybody compare the GE to the TWL power cords ?

I received the SC, PC and Interconnects. I am tempted to put all of them in the system but which one do you suggest to start with ? How long does it take for the cables to burn in ? Are the differences subtle or its very noticeable ?

Anybody knows if Bob is making a GE USB cable as well ? I looked at Cerious website but didn’t find any information.

Did anybody compare the HFC Reveal with the CT GE ? Though they are in a different price point, I am thinking what is the upgrade over the GE if there exist one in a reasonable price range :-)

I have a Reveal XLR from DAC to Preamp and CT from Preamp to Amp. Speaker cables/jumpers are CT as well. The combination sounds very synergistic. Wondering if there is cumulative benefit in replacing the CT with Reveal IC. Any thoughts on this ?

On the CT power cord side, I would like to know if anybody is using the CT GE Blue with any of the Hypex NC500 based amp and how does it perform ?

@ozzy - I have Reveal on one leg (dac to pre) and GE on the other (pre to amp). Do you think I should complete the XLR loom with the Reveal, replacing the CT ?

I am using the MC-0.5 as well. I have the Lows orange 3 outlet extender - two of them holds the 0.5s and one goes to the power amp. I have to try the CT blue power cords of the amps. Do you know how they compare to others, like PS Audio AC-12 or the TWL ?

@ozzy  are all your components wired with GE red and blue ?

@lak there seems to be 3 types of Blue power cord - Blue Reference, Blue NCF and Blue. Which one were you referring to ? Are they good for DAC/Preamps or power amps ?

@wig seems like the Nanotec are sold by Jaguaraudiodesign ? which connectors did you use to build the cable ?

From the Jag site, $290 gets you 1M of 308 and the connectors Wig mentioned, plus your labor.
They are only selling the NCF version of FI 50M. The FI 50M alone cost most than the cable.

@ozzy - did you order from Jag or from somewhere else ? Is it easy to setup the connectors to the wire ?

The GE speaker cables has been excellent in my system as well. I always wonder what would better the GEs.

Anyone got their Matrix yet ? very eager to hear the difference in the speaker cable.
