Cary CAD 805 AE tubes

Does anyone have experience with Sophia 845 or 211 tubes in the Cary CAD 805 AE? Thanks.

Since the Cary 805 heater power supply is not regulated, the heater voltage will shoot up probably 20% and the output tube will not last long. Clearly not a good idea, unless you have the technical knowledge and tools to modify the amplifier. I am not familiar with Sophia's 211 nor have ever seen a data sheet.
