Cartridge Tag Pliers

Hey Folks:

A few years back I recall seeing a pair of small pliers with grip ends that formed a circle so you could grab the cartridge tags and put them on or remove them from the cartridge pins so that pressure was applied 360 degrees. Been trying to find them online to buy to no avail. Anyone know where I can get a pair?

Thanks Yogi but that’s not them. The ones I’m looking for have round (half circle) grips on the top and bottom when you pinch them together they encircle the cartridge tag.
