Cartridge MC matching with phono Cary audio PH303

I have a phono Cary audio PH302, and gain in MC cartridge is 54db, load 100 ohm  I want to use the MC cartridge  AT ART-9 (output .05mv. Load 100 ohm or greater)  is it good match with PH302?

The actual output is 0.5mV; but despite your phono gain is a little on the low side- you will want an active line stage. I would audition it with and without loading; if you hear no difference, use it without the loading (it will track better).
Hi,
Thanks, but I am not full understanding what you recommended since I  am newbie on this .
What mean without loading?

Don't use a 100 ohm resistor or the like. The input of the phono section is 47K so it should be just plug and play.
My phono preamplier is Cary Audio PH302

- GAIN MM: 38 DB (2.0 MV MINIMUM)
MC: 54 DB (.15 MV MINIMUM)

- INPUT IMPEDANCE:
    MM: 47 K OHM
    MC: 100 OHM

Can't adjust,  plug & play only.

The question the cartridge  AT ART9, is it matching with this phono?

Thanks,
Dong.
A high output MC can be played with MM input. Try MM then if not working use MC input.
