cartridge for SME 3009 Series 2 NON improved arm

I have 2 cartridges I am considering installing on to the SME 3009 S2 NON improved arm with the detachable headshell (12.5gm). The deck is a Linn Sondek. The cartridges are Goldring 2500 and a Nagaoka MP300 with a 300 stylus and a 500 stylus (I will experiment with those styli since the body is the same).

In theory, looking at the numbers and compliance of the cartridges, they both seem suitable for this arm.

Has anyone got an experience with either of these ?
