cartridge for Cart

GFs daughter has a RetroLife TT with some active speakers she got used.  She wants to barrow some of my vinyl and I would like to accommodate.  I would like to do is get her a new cartridge and at least adjust the pressure.  What cartridge would be good on something like that.  Cant imagine something like a Sumiko perl would be worth the spend?  Maybe like a cheap Grado for $50.  I just want to protect my media but would like her to experience an improvement.

Anybody recognize this.  It was on an old TT I had in storage that never got much use.

The AT-3600L is a great value that tracks at a heavier weight than a lot of them, so it could be a good match for that TT.
