Can someone recommend a system for Itone RM 2's

I have a pair of Itone Audio RM 2's. Was looking at either a Parasound A21 or Krell KSA 250. Thoughts? Any suggestions on a pre-amp? Was also considering the Krell KAV 300. Finally, what speaker cable would you use?
