Can I use a reciever as a tuner? How?

I have a luxman R-3045 reciever without pre-amp outputs. I have a B&K St202 with a pro 10MC pre-amp. Can I use the reciever as a tuner?

If you don't have a Reflect or Magnum Labs antenna, then get one. Reflect is great omnidirectional, Magnum for omnidirectional. ccrane.com
