Can Esoteric D-70 take 75 coax in?

I'm looking into adding a D-70 to my stereo and using my current player as transport. I have a Rotel CD player (RCD-1072), which only has digital out through 75 ohm coaxial cable. I can't find enough info online about the D-70, so I would appreciate input from anybody who might know if I can feed the D-70 from the Rotel.

And if you were to have a pdf version of the manual...it would be fantastic!
