Can anyone shed some light on Veloce the Company and their Products

There doesnt seem to be a lot out there on this company and their products despite being a US based company with some pretty steep list prices. There seems to be a short few glowing paragraphs from the late Harry Pearson, but it wasnt a rview per se. The retail prices are pretty high but they dont seem to hold their value very well out here. Their web site is pretty dated, but then again, so is VAC's and I consider their stuff to always be very very good. So, who can shed some light? Is this stuff any good?
