Freediver, they are just another take on dynamic drivers. Limiting dispersion is a good idea and they are higher efficiency which is nice. However, I would be more inclined to purchase speakers from a well established company. Larger companies generally have more money for research and development. Any cabinetmaker can build a beautiful enclosure. Anyone can jamb a few drivers and a crossover in there and make noise. It is much harder to make the noise sound good. There are a lot of cottage speaker makers that make beautiful looking terrible sounding speakers. Some of them sell for serious money.
???Can Anyone Comment on Current Production Odeon Audio Speakers???
Especially the MIdas???
Only information is many years old,no reviews I could find.Wondering how good integration is between dynamic drivers & tweeter, general voicing, quality of build(read 1 older review wasn't happy at all with build quality but that was 10 years ago),value for $ etc..
