Cable p clip attachment point on SOTA?

Hi,

Got my 1st SOTA table, an Old Sapphire. I have an Origin Live Illustrious arm on it with a Haha ML.

Loving it! So much so that I ordered a refurbished table from them rather then spending money to rehab this one..

The question is about where to secure the tonarm cable? The table I have now has a convenient hole where a previous owner had something attached to the back. I asked SOTA where to attach a cable clamp and they told me don’t bother.

O.L. on the other hand says to use a clip or something to keep the cables from being pulled or interfere with the suspension movement. I agree with this.

Once the new table gets here, I’ll need to find a good attachment point as I’m not too eager to drill a hole in the new cabinet.

Any good ideas? Somewhere on the underside maybe?

Thanks,

I am aware of these and use them. Since those clamps don't tighten up, I feel like the cable would still be too free to move.

You did remind me of something though, One of those self adhesive mounts that are used with a zip tie might be better.

A inconspicuous place to sink a screw is still something I'd prefer.

Lowes sells stick on cable clips.  Peel off the backing and put it anywhere.  Located in the electrical aisle.
