CABLE FROM RCA TO AT&T FIBER OPTIC ???????????

Has anyone seen or heard of a RCA cable to AT&T fiber optic input cable.........I wonder where I get these things ??

Theta makes something called the "Lineque" converter that sometimes has an "ST" connector -sometimes not.
