I know that a speaker cable need a certain hours amount to settle, but if I only change the connectors, I suppose that it would need also some hours of burning time, do you have an idea in hundred of hours ?
For the moment it is a bit harsh sound, detailled but hish, last banana were loose Furutech rodium, now it is plated gold BFA, may be I'll have to wait some hours before ... probably.
Depends on the connectors... - High Quality Bananas like the silver plated copper bananas from KLE Innovations take around 100 hours - Copper Spade connectors like Furez can take up to 100 hours - other metals and types of plating materials will vary widely, but I would give them at least 60 hours
But that is assuming your speaker cables and system supports the same or similar resolution as the connectors and vice-versa - some do not, so you might not hear much improvement
