Bryston Service A-1

Had an issue with my BDP-3 Musc player.

Was ready to send it in to bryston for check out.

Got a call back from someone familiar with the unit

Took over my keyboard by remote fixed the problem.

The best support is the one that you never need to call The BDP-3 has beeen EOL. They merged the Technology with their DAC for an integrated streamer/DAC (BDA 3.14). You can still buy the standalone DAC. I have been toying withe the idea of getting rid of my current standalone DAC and BDP pi for the 3.14. Allowing me to stream directly to the DAC from The ROONS server.

You don't really ever have to touch it. Been using my little BDP Pi like that for several years now. Reliable.
