Border Patrol S vs MHDT Orchid

So like many audio purchases, my DAC search has meandered a bit. Stumbled on MHDT and Border Patrol.  Both seem interesting as my main goal is to hook up to my CD player. Has anyone had the opportunity to compare the two?
