Blue Note Music


I ordered a record rack from Blue Note and a few days later sent them a email to cancel the order. They never responded and since then over a two week period I have sent them several additional emails to no avail. The customer service phone number is a dead end number. Does anybody have any idea how to get in touch with somebody at Blue Note to help with this. I have bought dozens of albums from Blue Note and never expected this level of horrible customer service.

Count to ten, and someone here will make an excuse for them and say that you shouldn't speak badly of them, they might be sick, etc, etc. It's not excusable.
