You can convert it to battery power. I did that with my phono preamp. I might have to charge it once a month or so if I listen to a lot of vinyl.

I’ve read upgrading the generic 110/120V to 12V power supply improves performance. Thanks for your thoughts on a better 12V power supply :-)
