Best way to spend my money

A digital guy asking the analog group basically so bare with me please...right now i have a VPI scout 2 with a high output Benz mc cartridge....going into a Gold note ph10...a 15 foot run of rca cable into a Pass labs int60...my table is set along a sidewall be cause of no room for the table around the rack.....So my questions is this...I have a grand to spend..should I buy a power supply for my phono amp...should I get a better  low output mc cartridge.. or should I buy xlr cables to run from phono to the integrated...I hear a promise of better things to come and I have no expectations to better my digital setup...thanks

I have had the high output Benz cartridges (there are a few, so I don’t know if you mean something humble like the Gold, or a little more fancy, like the Wood H. If it is more like the former, I found getting a low output MC like the Hana S was an enjoyable difference for me.

Of course, a thousand dollars would buy a lot of records, so there’s that. You have a good system - buy a whole bunch of great records you can love for decades. Best bang for the buck...

I believe IF his detractors took a step back from English as your perhaps first and last language, Pindac adds a lot of introspective value.

He is asking about isolation foremost. To the OP what does the VPI live on ?

I have a 2nd table 5M away from my linestage and until recently into same Goldnote you have except with the remote supply  Cable is XLR made w Neutrik and AQ Coral cable. Some DIT…but under $500… My 40# Denon floats on mag lev footers and sits on a several hundred # cabinet.

So in summary Sort isolation, then XLR….

Enjoy the music
