Best way to connect tonearm wire?

Have a new SME arm. A metal PIB has been suggested as a good way to allow grounding and minimize hum. The original arm on the table had a plastic PIB. I have been trying to research PIBs without much success. I can only find one for sale. Is there a good way to connect the arm wires to the preamp without a PIB? Thanks for any suggestions.
