best snack for listening?

I think it needs to be a non crunchy snack.  Caramels work  as do cake and ice cream.  The issue there is I soon won't be able to fit in my listening chair.  

Any suggestions for a less fattening quite snack food?

Didn't know that alternate forms of imbibing were banned from the forum.  Not sure what rule I broke except poor taste.
