Best Receiver with DAC under $2,000...?

I'm looking for an all in one receiver with FM and DAC built in, ideally compact size for a secondary system. 20-50 watts per channel would be more than enough.

I see that Bel Canto (e.One C7R R) has just what I'm looking for for over $3,000. Any other suggestions for less?
