Best phono preamp under $500?

Preferably new not used although if there is a used "champ" in my price range I guess I'd consider it.

Part numbers 273-332 & 273-344. I rolled in a tung sol that came stock on my Rogue. Sounded much better.

BUT, I tried one for a few weeks and with an upgraded wall wart and a better tube it was pretty dang good. Very quiet with the better power supply.
