Best LPS for Xfinity modem

I am trying to get an LPS to run my Xfinity modem, but I don't know what voltage LPS  to get. Does anyone know? 7v 9v?

thanks, Jay

No clue, many models. Just look on the brick  Doubtful it would make any difference.

If it's not listed on the back of the modem, the power adapter usually has the DC voltage and amperage output printed on it.

I don't see anything written on the box anywhere. Also, there is no power adapter-just a cord directly into the outlet.

Yup I have one and initially bought an iFi with multiple power adapters. Come to find out they use a very unique cord into the modem directly, nothing worked.

Be careful with items like this.  If there isn't an adapter, then it is likely the power supply is actually inside the modem and the power cord is just a normal A/C power cord.  The AppleTV is another similar item where the switching power supply is inside.  That means the AppleTV cannot be upgraded with a linear power supply at all.

Unfortunately, no- the Torus is in my listening room upstairs and the modem is in the basement.
