Best cab for Tannoy 12"

Ok, y'all.  Here's my problem:
I can save a lot of time by admitting I'm a Tannoy fan. Got spoiled a LONG time back with a pair of 12" silver
Monitors in Hartley "Boffle"cabs(!)   I want to buy another set of 12's, tho' a properly restored Silver set is probably
beyond my means. So, we move forward: Reds, golds, ?? I'll find 'em.
I have a space problem, of sorts. Can't accommodate cabs wider than 18" max and must be placed no further than
6" from the back wall. Walnut much preferred.  Earlier 12" Tannoy cabs look puny and no style whatever.
Sonics? looking or the best bass extension possible. I'm aware the 15s extend nearly 1/2 octave lower in the
factory cabs, but with a custom cab and proper, extra-high quality crossover re-builds, honest, defined info
to 28 hz + or - is doable.
Where do you guys think I should go for a proper cabinet - refurbished factory, or custom? and if custom,
whom should seek?
Many thanks, in advance for some expert opinions!

Brookies, did you check out my system page on Virtual Systems? There's quite a bit of information and photos there, including those of the outboard crossovers.

I don't really have specs, as the enclosures were built for me using the limited information I was able to find regarding cabinet designs twelve years ago. Google Hans Hilberink's Tannoy forum, lot to read about and learn there. Check out Speakerex in Florida, they have parts and do a lot of service work on Tannoy. There's a Tannoy Lovers forum on Facebook. If you still need more info, try PM'ing me, I will do what I can to help.
I just noticed: I got it reversed on wall placement. Can't place cabs
ANY FURTHER FROM the back wall than 6". We're wall mounting the TV,
and don't want to cabinet face too far in front!

Hello Brookies,
I've been wondering how you were doing on your quest. I went looking through my Tannoy info, and found the crossover design. I used to have some nice drawings of my speakers, but I can't find them anymore.

Anyway, I figured I could load the crossover drawing on my Virtual System page, and you could get a look at it.
