I some how down loaded a PDF file yesterday, called Practical Guidelines For Building A Sound Studio from this site, but can't seem to find it this morning. Most of what was in the PDF file is covered in Acoustic 101. He mentions you should have some basic construction skills or have a neighbor or family member who does. Hope this helps.
