BAT VK 1000

Hello forummembers , Can swap my current poweramp ( Sphinx PJ 26 mono, Dutch brand ),for an even old and same newprice
BAT VK 1000 . The reason to change , the inputimp .is just right for my preamp ( ARC REF 3 ), the input imp of the Sphinx is 600 Ohm , ARC does not like this . How good is this BAT amp , it should be connected to B & W 800N speakers.Will this be a good marriage , ARC - BAT - B & W ?
