You can write any parts supplier even if they do not list your specific modeel, and ask if they have parts/repair service, and perhaps they can tell you how to ascertain exactly which tweeter you have.
You ordered a replacement, what specifics, take measurements/photos before you install it, that should help with your repair search.
NOTE: If you receive a repaired one, I would put it in place of the replacement one, verify it works, not just leave it in a box and find out later something was amiss. I had a pair of rare 15" woofer cone/coil kitsl replaced by a pro, I installed them, 1 voice coil rubbed very slightly, back it went.
