B&W 800 Diamond

I recently purchased the B&W 800 Diamond speakers and found out that one of the tweeters is not working anybody out there know if these tweeters can be repaired the diamond cone on them is not broken, but the tweeter does not ohm out it’s open I bought a new one haven’t received it yet, but I’m just curious if the one I have can be repaired any ideas out there please let me know
