Is the volume on bel canto set to fixed or are you using the preamp section as well? Check the volume level. Also It could be the bel canto usb is not compatible with aurender…contact both aurender and bel canto
Aurender N150 connection issue
I recently saw a Facebook post that says Aurender N150 and Bel Canto DAC 2.8 were a great sounding pairing. I own the BC DAC 2.7 so I picked up a N150 streamer second hand. I can’t hear my streaming. I can connect to my network and play from the Conductor 4 app but not hearing anything when connected to the Bel Canto USB. When connected to my Hegel Röst DAC integrated amp through USB it works great. What could be my problem? What have I over looked? USB in BC DAC has never been used before. I purchased new a couple years back. Had been using it with Blusound Node 2i with no problems through RCA
