Auralic Aries Line Magnetic LM515CD player

My Auralic Aries functions beautifully using the dac section of my Line Magnetic LM515CD player through the usb input jack on the player however after approximately an hour the Aries shows a fault “XMOD USB Audio 2.0 and I can’t reconnect. Aries tested by Auralic and shown to function properly. They suggest firmware issue with player. Line Magnetic says no problems with hundreds of units sold. I know I do I have one and wonder if anyone as any ideas. Hate to buy another dac because the current setup sounds beautiful when functioning. HELP
