My big bugaboo with Transparent is their price new, vs the hit you take should you try to sell them. I also have little respect for their 'Network' boxes. And, yes, I have owned Transparent speaker cables.
To me, the new cables from AQ by Garth Powell are unbelievably good.
The big question is how it will work with your equipment. I have no experience with D'Agostino, and limited experience with Wilson.
As @ghdprentice, you should have a dealer/s loan you a set to try out on your system.
One person I would recommend you PM is John Rutan (Audioconnection). Though he is a dealer, he offers free, and very good advice without trying to sell you something. (And, believe me, he is the only dealer I would recommend without pause, as he is knowledgeable and nice).
