Audioquest Blizzard vs Tornado Source for dac ?

For those Audioquest cable/pc users out there. Any feedback borne from experience comparing the AQ Blizzard to the Tornado Source power cords for a dac. What were the impressions made in terms of overall SQ. Is the Tornado really a huge advance over the Blizzard for source components. Currently, I have both the Thunder and Tornado on separate amps. Ultimately, would the addition of a Tornado Source to replace the Blizzard be a worthwhile venture. The only real concern is a resulting sound print being too bass heavy, slower dynamics , less details and less communicative with high end freq response. Please share your experience and thoughts.

I am just going to say that I have yet to drop $1000 into my system and it not make a worthwhile change.

Reminds me of a  statement in another thread "with Audioquest the more expensive you go the better the sounds becomes". The storm series has blown me away. Where once the monsoon and blizzard were a revelation. The thunder and tornado appear to be on another level.

I have two Audioquest power cables in my audio system.  On my DAC, I use an Audioquest Firebird (source), which is an end-game PC for my DAC.  Prior to opting for Firebird for my DAC, I tried Tornedo and Hurricane (both source).  In the end, I traded the Hurricane source for a high current version, and it went to my Audioquest Niagara 3000 Power Conditioner.  I sold the Tornedo.  Based solely on memory, if I had to choose between the Blizzard (I heard it in other systems and not my own) or the Tornedo for my DAC, it would definitely be the Tornado, as it is simply an all-around better sounding PC to my ears.  Happy listening.
