Audio Magic Stealth XXX Purifier

I have had a few power conditioners and resold them all at a big loss. Recently purchased this new unit from Audio Magic. Filter matching to satisfy all brands of equipment. I have top notch equipment and dedicated power lines. This unit is taking my system to a level that is simply magical. Highs, lows, mids, soundstaging width and depth. All great. This is one unit I won't be reselling. I've been in this crazy hobby for 20+ years and feel that when there's something this good out there, let people know. Also, Jerry is great, honest and helpful.

Hi Kbuzz,
I can help you out there. I had oyaide sockets installed on mine and they add more body to the sound and seem to add more detail and purer highs with more space between the instruments.

As to nice cables, the more you do, the more rewarding the Audio magics low noise floor will be.

rodman- you are right. It is very light. Definately punches ahead of its "wight class". I did have to put piece of blu tak on the the led though b/c the unit was placed on my tv and bit distracting. I wonder what this thing would sound like with boutique connectors.....

What's funny is that the thing doesn't FEEL like there's ANYTHING in there when you pick it up. When UPS delivered mine and I lifted the box: I wondered if they forgot to ship it. Sure do work though, don't it? I'd like to have mine upgraded, but would hate to remove it from the system for the process.

i picked up an older XXX from jerry ramsey this week, which had been upgraded/modded to his current standards. WOW. I really can say that this thing is special. I dont know whats in there or whats supposed to be in there. But even if it was 4 parts voodoo and 3 parts oil of python....it works....

i really wanted to try the monarchy but it would not fit in my rack. It would be need to hear them head to head....

i cant decide between a monarchy regenerator and an audio magic stealth mini digital for my front end....

Jerry has been very helpful. I asked him if he would build me a stealth xxx with Oyaide sockets and furutech input. He made me a beautiful unit which is refined and helps bring my system up to its potential.

Awesome and much better than the Hydra it replaced, although I am thinking about regeneration now. The latest PS audio seems to be powerful enough and quiet enough now. What a terrible sickness audiophilia is... it never ends!

I've had mine in the system for the past 4 years, and been very happy with the results. When I bought it, the unit popped and the LED went out upon plugging it in. Jerry had me box it up and return it to him. I got it back the same week, and never had another issue.

I have had the same experience. Do you have the latest version with silver front and blue LED?
