Are there any DEQX Gen 4 users out there?
I got my Beta Pre 8 unit about one 6 weeks ago. Initially, DEQX was answering questions and support was excellent. About two weeks ago the company went silent. Does anyone know what happened?

Hello I also purchased a Pre 8 as a beta user. The customer support was good when I asked about the units and what I need to do. Once I got the unit not so good. I sent an email yesterday after waiting for 12 days from the Jira site and Alan the owner responded today. I think they are swapped. Russell Bradshaw |
