Are the NAD C-160 and 162 preamps the same?

Are the NAD C-160 and C-162 substantially the same unit with only cosmetic changes, or have the internals of the newer C-160 been changed? Posts at Audio asylum seem to indicate that the units are mostly the same, save for some cosmetic updating. Thanks
