they're not even close to a step up if the new Legacy's are anything like the ones from 10 years ago. The ATC's are great speakers.
Are Legacy Signature SEs a step up from ATC SCM40s (passive)?
Would I notice a difference between the two? What would that be? I assume they have different signature sounds. Assume I'm an idiot.
