Arcam AVR850 - Fault 01

Hello all,

Recently I purchased a brand new Arcam AVR850 from BestBuy. it's one of the best amplifiers I've ever heard. I have a set of B&W 804D2. The sound is perfect!

I listen to a lot of music, from now and then the amplifier is failing with the error: Fault 01. the system shuts down and I need to turn it on again. it happens a few times a day.
What should I do? I like to receiver and want to keep it.

I have brand new wires and there are no other speakers attached to that amplifier.

Please advise.

Thanks for your reply,
the receiver is under warranty and actually, I can still return it for a full refund until 1/15/2021 (BestBuy BlackFriday sale).

I do have an update; I tried to use my old speakers. a set of Klipsch RF-62 II.
when those are connected instead of the B&W 804D2 to the receiver, there are no errors of disconnections. could be there is some wrong with the speakers? how can I verify it?
