There are already threads on this subject. Search the Forum. Also Jonathan Valin has a blog on the subject too. From what I've read, the difference is a significant improvement. I'm on the "SE" upgrade list for my Ref 5 line stage, which also has threads running here. Same difference -- very significant improvement. The SE upgrade in large part includes custom proprietary teflon coupling caps and a super beefed up power supply.
